Matthew Pugh is a Senior Manager with Baker Tilly Capital – a boutique investment banking firm specializing in project finance.

Mr. Pugh specializes in working with for-profits, non-profits, and tribes to obtain specialized financing (New Market Tax Credits) to support their high-impact real estate projects including manufacturing, healthcare, education, community facilities, and more.

Mr. Pugh also works with a variety of banks, investors, and Community Development Entities who support said projects, nationwide. Baker Tilly’s team includes a tribal services practice that works with over 70 tribes nationwide on capital planning, grant advisory and writing, economic development support, and more.
