Glenn Hall owns and operates Northland Business Services, LLC. He currently works as a consultant for the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe (FQHC reporting and their New Clinic Project), He also recently worked with the St. Croix Tribe (FQHC reporting and possible clinic expansion or replacement) in the State of Wisconsin. Glenn graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in 2005-06. In addition, he graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in December 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS).
Glenn has more than 40 years of experience in business and economic development in a wide variety of venues. He worked as the Native American Liaison for the WI Department of Commerce in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. During his time there, the State of Wisconsin, Department of Commerce made a significant investment in a Native American focused business development entity that is now a significant developer and funder of projects for the Native American people of Wisconsin.
Glenn has been an integral part of the start-up of many Native American and non-Native American businesses. These include for profit and not for profit business entities. Glenn has also been involved in the private offerings and the initial public offering for two different companies in past years. Other past projects include a 100,000 Watt FM radio station for the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe (1983); the development of the Treasure Island Casino for the Prairie Island Mdewakanton Sioux Tribe in Minnesota (1991); founded the Golden Palace Casino Management company and accomplished its IPO (1993-94); oversaw the building of the Bishop Paiute Tribe’s facility which brought a California Department of Motor Vehicles office to the Bishop Valley to serve the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada mountain range; (2007-09)

The Lac Courte Oreilles (LCO) Band of Lake Superior is advancing their capacity to take care of tribal members by building a holistic 64,421-square-foot modern health center. The tribe committed $7 million to the project and received a $5 million in a grant from the State of Wisconsin.
