Marina Titova

Marina Titova is the Managing Director for Structured Finance for IFF, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).

Ms. Titova has been with IFF for 5 years, leading the agency’s work with New Market Tax Credits investments and coordinating Social Impact Bond projects, maximizing IFF’s impact in the Midwest. She is a University of Iowa graduate and previously worked in similar roles at NCIF and as a credit and risk management professional at ShoreBank and its affiliates, both headquartered in Chicago.
