Paul F. Huberty is an enrolled member of the White Earth Band of Ojibwe (Anishinaabe) in Minnesota.

Paul spent his career in the health care industry and held executive leadership positions at nonprofit organizations ranging in size from $300 million to $3 billion in revenue. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science degree in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Paul and his wife live in Lander, WY.
