Kenneth Ahmann serves as Tribal Utility Authority Director for the Colusa Indian Community and COO for Colusa Indian Energy. He has over 20 years of experience in the power generation industry.

Colusa Indian Energy is the only Tribally owned microgrid developer in country. It specializes in grant funding, turnkey project engineering and construction services, and operations for energy projects in Indian Country.

Under his leadership, the Tribal Utility Authority has delivered 100% reliability with zero power interruptions to all customers for over a decade, including casino/hotel resort, all Tribal members’ homes, Tribal government buildings, medical clinic, water treatment plants, wellness center, community facilities, and agricultural infrastructure.

He is proud to be part of a dedicated team of operators, technicians, managers, electricians, and apprentices who are equally as passionate about our mission.
