Raeann is project director of Akwesasne Tourism Business Support, funded by EDA’s Indigenous Communities grant. She previously served as project director for the ANA-funded project, Creating Akwesasne Tourism Industry Businesses & Jobs cultural tourism initiative, under which the Akwesasne Travel brand was launched in 2021. Raeann is leading Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic planning, tourism infrastructure development, and special projects. She is a member of the New York State Tourism Industry Association Sustainability Task Force. She and her children live in Akwesasne.
